It rumbles at right rear wheel? 997.1
Hi guys,
today I wanted to take my 911 for a spin. I was driving normal in a village, when the street went bad. I think I hit a kettle (nothing serious!) - but I am not sure. After that it started to rumble from the rear - I assume from the right side.
When I am driving slower it rumbles slower - as if I would drive over a small bump. While driving "faster" the rumbling also gets faster.
I feel the rumble more than I hear it, because even with loud music I notice it. Apart from that nothing changed - I car drives straight, no braking problems etc.
I checked the tires and no tire was flat or had too few pressure. But I just had a look - no machine, because it was already half dark outside.
What could it be? If it is something "serious" I wont drive the car tomorrow and wait until my Dealership is open again.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks,
-Gee

I would say that the kettle wasnt serious at all. Perhaps I had the problem already before and I just noticed it. Normally such problem shouldnt arise due to a minor kettle...
I will do another test drive this afternoon if the problem still occurs.

Sorry for double post, but problem found
Unfortunately it isnt something, which is covered by the warranty
I tested the tire pressure and it was still "ok" - so not much loss.
See yourself:

Both tires were in a pretty good condition - so about 6.5mm left - about 80%. Do I have to replace both or is one also OK?
