Just doing some research on the options of my incoming '06 C4s. I'm confused by the actions of the short shifter vs. sport shifter. Are they the same? The Porsche website describes a "Short Shifter" that decreases throws 30%, but the tag on my car says "Sport Shifter".

I see people here describe both--any thoughts?

If your window sticker says "sport shifter", then you already have it.
