Switching from 2004 GT3 to 2009 Carrera 4

I currently own a yellow 2004 GT3 and I've been wanting to switch to something newer, but I'm on a budget. I'd like to have your opinion on the switch and source for the car parts I need to make the new car a little more desirable. I prefer the Carrera 4 over the regular because of the wider body. So here's what I'm thinking....

* 2009+ Carrera 4 (S would be nice but not important)
* Black / Black
* Full Aerokit (can I have this installed afterwards?)
* BBS WC-GT wheels (do these fit, as wide as possible, what sizes?)
* Lowering springs (options)
* Sport seats (like GT3/GT2)

Any help with sourcing wheels (and help with wheel and tire sizes) and springs would be greatly appreciated.

I was also wondering if the Aerokit is installed at the local Porsche dealer, if its as good as new, do they need to painted. Is this is the same kit from the factory? Are there nicer looking kits? Just for reference I think the new GT2RS is the absolute PERFECT look, if I can get anywhere near that I would be very happy.

While I'm here, 2 more quick questions:

1.) What I should expect to sell my 2004 yellow GT3 w/ 26K miles in mint condition?

2.) How much should I expect to pay for a black/black ~15K mile 2009+ Carrera 4 or C4S?

Does anyone have any pictures of a similarly outfitted car? Thanks!!!!!
