Baby's got new shoes, Pt 2 - Vertini Wheels

Thanks for all the kind words in post below!!!

They are Vertini Riviera's.

Since the car had only 4,000 miles on it I went with 19" - so I could use the existing tires. The cost for all 4 wheels mounted and balanced was $1,800, including removing the TPM's from the factory wheels and installing them on the new.

These wheels where a specific fitment for Porsche and they actually came with Porsche center caps, which was a nice surprise. The wheels fit perfect, no spacers or hub rigs needed. They even came with there own lug nuts which came with a special key to install them, since every lug needed the key to install them, also very cool.

Prior to installing the wheels, the owner of the shop and I inspected each wheel very carefully and we where both pretty impressed with the appearance and build quality.

I know these wheels are heavier than the factory wheels but I think that because I got the 19’s rather than the 20’s - the difference was not as bad as if I went with 20’s.

Bottom line, I can not feel any difference in the ride, handling or acceleration, and I do have an “S” with a manual trans and drive pretty aggressively - so I would recommend these to anyone looking for wheels in this price range.

Also note, these wheels look almost exactly like the HRE Comp 90’s, which as you may know, ONE of those wheels would have cost as much as all 4 of these J - which now gives me enough money to pay for a new exhaust and a wing for the back!!!
