Swapping Seats?

Does anyone know if Standard Seats (non-memory) and Sport Seats (non-memory) share the same wiring harness?

Looking at a potential C2S to buy but it only has Standard Seats. Asked a dealer already but they are not sure if the wiring harness is the same since Porsche does not sell these seats complete as replacements.

After searching around, there is a good chance someone might have Sport Seats they took out that they want to sell. So it may be possible to upgrade myslef if the wireing harness is the same.

Can anyone help on this?

Thanks.

The connection should be the same. There are three connections, one for the seat belts, and two that are for controlling the seat motors, heaters, and sensors. I am not certain what the non powers seats will have but the connections should work for both non power seats.

Seats have a flat electrical connector. The more electrical (addaptive, heating, ect) the seat is the more sections are filled in in the connector body

I have done this. My car came with standard (comfort) seats with heat and full power. I swapped them to sport seats out of a GT3RS. They are plug and play. They use the exact same wiring harness. The only difference is the non heated/powered seats will have less wires coming out of the harness.

It's easy. Four bolts and 3 plugs per seat.
