I am amazed that this person is still shown as a sponsor to the right. When I bought the carbon fiber pieces from him and he wanted to charge extra because I was using my AmEx should have been a tip off because everything from that point went south.

His lack of response to email messages made me wonder how he can remain in business. He charged my credit card and said the items would be in in a month. It took over 3 months. I told him several times towards the end of the wait to refund my money and not ship the goods. Once he final replied, after I opened a chargeback dispute with American Express, he said the goods were on their way. Once they finally arrived I promptly refused shipment.

Step up and refund my money Raymond. And don't even think about charging that 35% "restocking fee" you threatened.

 

as you should know...we do not permit flame threads on 6 speed...but we do permit you to have your say, which you have...if Ray wishes to respond the thread will be reopened...would have preferred when you were initially having problems if you would have contacted a moderator to see if the issue could have been resolved before it came to this...thread closed

ps. I have a response from Ray at ROTtecCarbon...the items were special order and delivery was estimated at 4 weeks but not promised in 4 weeks...unfortunately, the items were held up by customs and were delivered late (8 weeks)...the customer wanted to cancel the order while they were in shipment and refused delivery when the items showed up....ROTtecCarbon has a restocking charge for returned special order items of 30%....at this point the buyer has filed a dispute for a full refund and that is where the issue stands
