I am going out on a limb here and going to say....THAT it will NOT bolt-on without modification.
If I am not mistaken the tail lights are different and I am almost positive THAT the bumper brackets are too!

IF I were to do it I would buy the GT3 rear bumper brackets because the heat shields ARE incorporated into those...at least for the two sides. Then you are going to have to figure out exhaust......you could modify existing mufflers that way you probably wouldn't need heat shields for the back!

Cheers ,

Stacy

I'm not sure about OEM, but it does seem like there are some great options available for the .1 cars, wanting a conversion like you're speaking of, from aftermarket vendors. There are some threads here on the board, and it looks like you could go with center exhaust or stock dual exhaust. Then order the .2 lights from Suncoast or elsewhere and you'd be set. Not sure about heat shield, but someone like v35 ought to know.
I'd like to do that myself, but I'm bogged down by another issue until the spring that's starving my spare cash. I'd like the .2 lights, GT3-type bumper, probably euro look wrt bumperettes. Not sure I like the Euro license plate thing, but I'm not going to get hung up on that. Also not sure I want to go with stock or center exhaust. I'll sort it out by the time I get the funds in order, though...

Good luck with your mods.
Jack
