What I need for more cooling...

Cooling as in oil and engine, I drive in manual mode on a tiptronic, and oil pressure temp reaches high levels then I need to cool my driving down. Any suggestions on installing something extra to remedy this?

If you are having cooling issues, perhaps you have some blockage of your radiators.

Well since its a euro car, I topped a 110 out of 120 (highest) and even more. It mostly happens on track and low gear/high revs in traffic.
