2007 C4S + GT3 Deck lid

2007 C4S + GT3 Deck lid
I'm looking for some information on this swap,
The car is a 2007 997 C4S with a RUF supercharger (I don't believe the supercharger makes a difference in fitment). I'd like to install a GT3 deck lid of same year.
I know the C4S intake will not mate with the GT3 deck lid - but will a GT3 air box/intake fit the engine of the C4S?

BTW, I called the parts dept. at the local dealer & although the person I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help, he did not know off hand if the GT3 airbox would fit the C4S. They do not stock the GT3 airbox either, so a visual comparison was not possible.
