Too much oil?

Newb question here. I have a 2007 Carrera S that I have had less than a month. When I check the oil level with the e-dipstick, all of the lights light up (including the one above the upper triangle mark). When the engine is cold, the oil pressure goes up to 5 and stays there until it warms up. Once it's warmed up, the pressure seems normal- 1 for idling in neutral, 2-3 for normal cruising, 4-5 for hard acceleration.
Do I have too much oil?
Is there an easy way to take some out?
Thanks

Both these guages are notoriously random, and your pressure appears to be better than most. If you want to you can siphon a quart out of the fill tube into a clean container ( so you can add some back in if you need to).
