Anyone running Fabspeed mufflers + AWE cats?

I was wondering if that setup, Fabspeed mufflers and AWE cats, will generate more dramatic sound than my current setup, AWE mufflers and AWE cats.

Any idea?

Both mufflers are pretty docile. The louder mufflers that would generate more sound would be Borla mufflers or Afterhours mufflers.

I am pretty sure that Afterhours mufflers will make some seriously loud sound with AWE cats but I do not want any issues like resonance or drone.

By the way, I was wondering if Fabspeed mufflers function well with AWE cats.
Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers do not cause any resonance or drone, right?

i had the fabspeed maxflos (with stock cats) before switching to gundos, and they did drone at cruising highway speeds -- annoying. i agree that afterhours + sport cats is no good. cattman had that setup and reported back that it was unsustainable, which shouldn't surprise given that they set off car alarms even with stock cats.

my advice if you want a switch is is try the gundos. they are by far the cheapest to experiment with, no drone, and sound awesome IMO with sport cats.

you're welcome to come hear mine if you come to nyc.

if you search thos forum you may find what people were saying about different combinations. i would not do that frankly... if fabspeed 200 cell plus maxflo is not loud enough I guess you can try muffler bypass. that will be loud, guaranteed.

or borla, alsmost same loud.
