I like the look of the powdercoat. I think that would work on my midnight blue 2006 C2 cab . Can you tell who/where you had you them done? A PM is okay too.

 

I just bought a set of C2S tips on ebay for $170, had them powdercoated matte black and put them on my C2. I bought the shims from FVD for $67.00. You will need the shims for a good solid fit, it is the only way this will work. Good luck.

Does anyone know if the tubi exhaust for a 997.2 C4 requires "S" tips?

 

I'm also not the biggest fan of the S Tip design where the single exhaust pipe enters a dual-tip design. I'd rather just have a single, large exhaust tip (ala Sport Classic, Speedster), potentially with diffuser fins like the GT2 in order to fill out the gap of the exhaust cut-out.
