911 Molar is infamous around these parts
PSE and X pipe

Installed the X pipe with the OEM PSE. I honestly cannot tell the difference b/n PSE on and PSE off.
I have checked to make sure the valves are opening/closing.
It was very easy to hear the difference with the stock primary muffler.
Have I done something wrong with the connection of the X pipe

I do recall having to be a little physical with the secondary mufflers ?

Here is a video I made turing my transition........hope this helps.

I think the difference with the X-Pipe along with PSE Porsche added, was a slight tone difference in the overall sound. Granted these are stationary sound samples.

Biggest "trap", myself included, was to hear other samples taken with the car is not warmed up yet. All of these are car fully warm, and the one with exhaust fumes was taken on a colder day.

When I did it originally ........ the XPipe did add some to the stock sound, but not quite as much as I had hoped for. I think once I had the PSE installed ($CHA-CHING$), I really liked that sound......... the combination was just right. Too bad I only had all of that for about 6months then got the GT3RS..... (My wife is still reminding me of that little adventure)

Plus I just added the OEM short shifter...... So whoever got my car, had a nice set-up to start with.
(Thats ok....the RS will need tires soon, and its only at 3200miles......I'm sure that little memory game
will last even longer) :-)
