The control panel fits very nicely between the SPORT and the PSM buttons.

If I get stopped or if anyone is looking into the car this is what they see.

Display and power switch, I can turn off the whole system with a flick of the switch.

Color changing LED location.

USB port is in the fuse box.
Thats a real nice job. where did you install the speaker? Also my install rep is not familar with the LED lights. Are they New? Thanks

Another question - does your control unit have the power button on the top? If so, how did you move it to the remote location adjacent the display? I'd love to locate my control unit on the PCM as well, but can't figure out how to make that work.

Great looking install. What did you use to cut the out the hole for the controller in the center dash facia ? Excellent job, looks like it was done at the factory as it so closely matches the shape and dimentions of the controller itself.

I assume you had the same issue but had your installer wire a separate on/off button, which was then located adjacent the display unit. Can you help me with this - or put me in touch with your installer to help figure out how to make it work?

Many thanks.
Hi,

Mine is brand new with the power button on top so your guy should be able to do the same, get your guy to call my guy :-) the company is called Speed Of Sound, ask for Bob Louie and he can explain to your guy how to do it, his phone number here is (250) 360 2882 http://www.speedofsoundauto.com/

Cheers

Rick

Hi Rick, that is one of the cleanest installs I have seen. Congrats....now just look out for the unmarked car trailing behind. A friend of mine lost his Ferrari Italia for a week as he was being followed by a SUV with no radar turned on..
Great work on posting the pictures. Rep points for you

Not at all Gellie, if you do need to look at the display it only takes a second, its not like a scrolling message that you have to take your time to read, to be quite honest after only a couple weeks I don't even look at the display when there is a threat because the audible alarm tells you what kind of threat you are facing.
