Turning my '10 C2 Cab into a Daily Driver

I recently sold my DD and am now left with the '10 C2 cab. What do you guys think about the practicality of using it as a DD? My daily commute is 90 miles round trip all interstate. Other than not having a 'fresh' vehicle I'm not concerned with the miles on it or what it does to the value, but what about the ride quality, sound levels, etc.? Am I going to go crazy or be in heaven driving such a great car every day?

It's going to be great! The only minus would be long stretches of bumper to bumper traffic with a 6sp. Otherwise, even little blasts of speed passing other cars is fun!!

I picked up a 2003 M3 Cab in 2009 w/5,900 miles (yes, only 5,900) for $29K to use as a fun daily driver. I actually love driving this car, especially top down. Best DD I ever considered. It will be a long time before I part with it. I can't see using my 997 as a DD. Not due to impracticality as it isn't to cart me around, but just wasted miles and more driver fatigue than other choices.

no worries at all, even in a 6sp our cars are great to DD, i would say GT cars however would not (heavy clutch, noisy, rough)

Works great as a DD, your left leg will get used to stop and go traffic or you can just take surface roads to work like I do.

as DD, u should have a ball !

but u are putting lotta miles on the 911 (+25,000 miles/ year?)

car will be fine as long as u keep ur maintenance up (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ml#post3145396)

financially speaking, u will be better off buying another cheapie DD to drive 3-4 days of the week, IMO
