Seat Suggestions
I want to replace the adaptive sport seats I have in my 997s. I need something that will work with a 6 point harness, provide a little bit better support, not interfere with a HANS device, and is half way comfortable for daily use. I was just going to use GT3 seats, but it seems like the price on those are astronomical right now (2k each). A few years ago they seemed much cheaper (1k each). Any suggestions about keeping the side air bag?
Looking though various forums I’ve basically gotten myself quite confused about different options and what parts that are needed to put it all together. I was thinking about the Recaro Pole Position, or Profi, Maybe the Sparco Evo, OMP RS.
Anyone have any experience with these they can comment on? Any suggestion of something better? What is a back seat brace, and why would I need one?
