I don't have any specific knowledge but my guess would be that they are equal with the exception that the Forgestars are powder coated instead of painted. So the finish will be a little tougher on the Forgestars.

As far as each individual company's QC processes I have no idea. You'd really need to ask someone who deals with both brands to see what they say.

The Forgestars when done in a non standard color would cost almost $500 more than the Victor Equipment wheels though.

Those look to be the Zehn style not the innsbruck.
