nb wheels on wb cars

Hi guys,

I bought a set of carrera sport wheels, for my WB 997 but some how I was thinking the rear wheel only comes in one size.. today I was checking and find out its 2 different sizes for WB and NB..
the question would be if the wheel is ET 67 what size spacer should I get? for my WB.. if ok for spacers would it be free of rubbing or any issues?
thanks

Why not see if you can get the correct rear wheels. But if you can't you can use 17mm spacers - changes the offset to 50mm. Porsche 17mm spacers attach to hub with OEM lug bolts and wheel attaches to spacer with lug nuts. Other aftermarket 17mm spacers fit to the hub and wheel and spacer attach with lug bolts although make sure you get the longer lug bolts. Better to get the correct rear wheel.

thanks guys, let me check that link Carl..
regarding the spacers whats the then, safety or just the aftermarket are easier to install?
aslo was reading this on tequipment

Wheel spacers can be used to widen the track (5-mm spacers) or compensate for wheel offsets (17-mm spacers).
2 x 17-mm Part no. 000 044 500 10 For Carrera 4/4S and Targa 4/4S with 19-inch Carrera Sport wheels on rear axle only.

PFW_06C4S is infamous around these parts
17mm spacer will get you the stock/oem offset of 50mm (specific to the Carrera Sport 10-spoke wheels). You can be more aggressive and go with the 23mm H&R spacer - this was a recommendation that I received from Wheel Enhancement and move the wheel almost flush with the rear fenders on my 06 C4S without any issues. They are a great resource for fitments and provide excellent customer service - they installed the spacers and swapped out the tires to the carrera sports.
