Fabspeed intake and BMC Filter

Ok - I think I will start with the Fabspeed cold air intake and BMC filter, and then move on to the Fabspeed exhaust. Anu suggetsions? Will I see any power gains? ANy warranty issues?

I have them both...easy install and great sound improvement...no noticable power gain but they claim 11hp....
