rough idle 2008 4S,997

hi,
just got my 2008 4S and it is an awesome car.

i have a question...

i find that at idle, the engine runs a little, just a touch rough. it is not a smooth consist mid 800rpm idle

any thoughts and opinions on this?

sincere regards

No worries - my 07 idled rough when I first brought it home. It was a combination of me getting used to the fact that these engines do idle a bit rougher than other cars you might be used to and the fact that it may have sat a bit before I bought it. I have a feeling that after you drive it consistently for a bit, it will idle just fine. Enjoy it, and drive it! My local Porsche tech told me that the cars they see themost trouble with are the ones that sit in the garage.

Pics?
