I've driven my car for two years and I've never really pressed the horn. Until this afternoon when I tried to catch the attention of someone on the driveway. I was shock to hear it sounding like a loud bicycle horn. Please someone tell me it's defective right? It should at least sound like dual horns. I am planning to take it to my local dealership. Should be under warranty. If I ever get into a road rage I would be too embarrassed to sound my horn

 

Funny...I tried to press the horn today and instead I hit my damn PDK shift buttons....I realized I had no idea where the horn is....never used it before either. Didn't get a chance this time because I was busy trying to get the car back in the right gear. I hate those buttons but will need to try out my horn tomorrow. Will let you know what I think.

 

One of my dual-horns went out (sounded like a Kia). Replaced under warranty.

 

Wow, I was using my horn within a week of buying the car - but then again I grew up in Puerto Rico where it's 2nd nature from age 6!!!

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised how annoying the 997.2 horn sounds. It really catches people's attention LOL

 

lol, this thread just made me realized, I don't know where it is either. Too late to find out now, I might wake up my neighbors.
