Difference between steel Turbo and Carrera 4S rotors?

Difference between steel Turbo and Carrera 4S rotors?
Idle curiousity - what's the difference between the steel Turbo rotors and the ones on the C4S? I know the front calipers on the Turbo are 6-piston vs. 4-piston, but are the rotors 330 or 350?
