Porsche paint SF valley/spare tire mount??

I've got a 06 C2 and need a little touch up paint work. Any suggestions in the West San Fernando Valley of LA?

Also any vendors out there with a mount or strap kit for a spare tire in a 997?

There was a lot of discussion of spares for the 997 here ~ 2 months ago. Apparently Suncoast has a tire & rim. Quite expensive though.
