Porsche Help

I am a newbie to this forum and Have been a lurker lately, so I appreciate all your insight in advance. My question below:

I currently own a 2010 BMW M5 and 2011 M3. I am new to the PWorld but have been aggressively pursuing a new 2012 911 GTS Coupe PDK. I would trade in my M3. I have a chance to make an offer on one that will be at the dealership soon and it fits all my criteria including options. MSRP is $118,000.

I am afraid to admit this but I have no clue as to how to approach this. What should I be aggressively offering for this car?

Again, I appreciate any help or suggestions!!
