Would appreciate peoples comments on the best place to buy parts online.

Have had a look at a few sites and you just never know who to trust. Suncoast look best but seem a bit more expensive than others. The comments Ive seen on here are all good.

Also shipping experience/problems?? Is there a supplier in Germany that is cheapest etc??

+1 on Suncoast and Pelican. Have had nothing but great experiences with both.

 

I used both Suncoast and Sunset. Both have great customer services. For me, being in Hawaii, shipping cost is a major factor, thus Sunset is a better choice for me, as well as their pricing is comparable, if not less than Suncoast.

You can't go wrong with either one.

 

My vote goes to Sunset in Oregon. I just ordered the GT3 lower front lip, the price was less than Suncoast and because I am in California, the shipping was considerably less. They don't have an online catalog yet, but it didn't seem to be a problem. I filled out a inquiry form, and Andraya in the parts department replied within 24 hours.

Do any of these online stores have items and pricing you can browse through? Seems like only Suncoast has that.

 

Dealt with Pelican and they have talking most of my money - great service and knowledgable folks on the phone. Suncoast has good prices too, so shop around.

 

Sonnen has an online parts catalog (although incomplete.)

Suncoast and Sunset (discount if you are a member of renntech) have very good pricing on OEM parts.

Use the PET catalog to get part numbers, then ask the vendors for their prices.

There are a few other threads on here as well about this, I've dealt mostly with Suncoast and all the guys there have been great. Had a part mix up once and they handled the return nicely, no complaints with them at all.
