'08 S vs '08 4S

I am currently looking at two 997's, and could use some advice:

1 - '08 S w/ 32k miles - has a sport muffler, IEPD intake (?), Has been reflashed, short shifter, and 19" CS wheels (which I don't really like)

2- '08 4S w/ 23k miles - has aerokit

I was planing on putting a wing, front bumper, exhaust, intake, and short shifter on whatever 997 I went with. I live in the south so the 4S isn't really necessary (however I do like the wider body). All work on both cars has been done at porsche dealerships.

How much should I expect to spend (or which would be cheaper) either putting wing and new front bumper on #1 vs putting exhaust, intake, and short shifter on #2? Which would you go with?
