BUT remember I didn't buy the Porsche module to do it,I did it with a resistor.Exactly the way they are doing the LED tail lights!

Just an update.....
So I went to see the new owner yesterday to drop off the stock parts and I have to say that I have NEVER seen a guy smile so much and be so proud of a car!
He shook my hand three times.......LOL
He obviously has driven it quite a bit the last week and it had a layer of dust and some bird remnants on it....
We laughed about it and he said he promises to try and keep it in the same condition I sold it to him........I responded "I hope not because that means you are not enjoying the car.So do NOT do it"....LOL
I also said "Drive it,enjoy it and when the time comes get,it professionally detailed once a year before you put it away for winter,it will look just as good"
Everyone he has showed the car to and that sits in the passenger seat CANNOT believe it is NOT a new car!
He had the top down at 6 am yesterday morning while going for a nice drive through Vancouver(Stanley park) and dropping his daughter off at work!
I am relieved that it went to a GREAT home and that he is enjoying the car!
I guess I did a good job of maintaining it while I had it,LOL!

Great story Stacy
He may want to keep an eye on those bird dropping though... nasty sh@t will eat right through his clear-coat.
Also I hope he's aware that it'll be a labor of love to keep a black car looking anywhere near looking as pristine as you did...OK, wrong example... anywhere near a "normal" P. enthusiast does
Always nice to see a car like this found a good home!

Congrats on the sale, but I'm glad you recognize these cars are meant to be driven and not garage queens.
My cars, including my 911, tend to go the opposite end of the scale and get used like they're meant to be. My $100k G550 with a few thousand miles went off-road on serious trails where I almost flipped it twice. My current 911 gets washed maybe every few months. Don't get me wrong, when I drove my G550 or my 911 and it's washed it looks amazing and I loved it, but they're all about the driving.
