So I just got and installed my Smart Top and absolutely love it!
One minor irritating problem though, when I get out and close the top by holding down the door lock on the key fob, the top starts to go up and immediately stops for some reason at the same spot almost all the time. I then have to click the key fob and lock it then hold it down a second time to completely get it to go back up. Has anyone else experienced this?? It doesn't happen all the time, just most of the time...very irritating.

mine does similar stuff with windows sometimes going all the way down and sometimes not at all and sometimes they get stuck in the middle. not sure what affects it as it is not consistent.

 

Have you asked anyone about it? The manufacturer? I wonder if others are experiencing this also?

 

it`s a minor issue for me, so i did not care to ask anybody. plus i suspencted may be it is remote related, who knows. all other functions work flawlessly.
