Hi guys

I just transitioned from a 2001 mk1 996 cab to a 2006 997.1 cab with the comfort seats. The seats are equipped with lumbar but the drivers side seems to be an issue. The passenger seat lumbar adjusts in two dimensions 1) larger/smaller air bladder, 2) a roller which moves the point of contact up and down. The drivers side does not roll the point of contact up and down. The car has a certified warranty, so I'm sure it would be covered but, I'm curious if anyone else has had this experience. Thanks!

 

it should be moving, you need to take it in

 

Once it is fixed remember the lumbar support need to be programmed into your seat memory & is key specific.
