Bilstein Damptronics extension cables for front, back or both??

Could anyone confirm if the PASM extension cables (separate black cables, not the ones attached to the shocks) that came with the Bilstein PSS10 damptronics kit were for the fronts, rears or both and were there one pair (2) or two pairs (4)??

I thought that they only came with one pair (2) in the box but after just talking to Bilstein USA, I'm a little confused. They are asking if I want the cables for the fronts, backs or both?? Could anyone also confirm how many extension PASM cables I need to install in a 997.1 C2S?

Thanks in advance!
