We offer VIN decoder service for $10. You will receive an email the next business day with the following information:

Paint Code
Interior Trim Code
Options Code List
Warranty Start/Stop Dates
Open/Completed Recall Campaigns

This will not provide service history, contact your local Porsche Service Center to obtain service information. For older Porsche models, limited information will be available. This service is ideal for 1995 or newer models. In some cases German translation may be required.

Does anyone know if this is for US only? I am in the UK and have tried entering my car but it says " This vehicle is not available. "

It's a link to a U.S. website so I'd say US/Canada only.

Ah that explains!

You wouldn't happen to know if there is a link for a UK site?

You may want to make sure the Vin is accurate and no space between it and the equals sign. I had several vins that I copied and pasted that had the letter O instead of the number 0

Vin #

If you do not know where the car was originally sold from use Carfax. From there you will see the history of the vehicle and original dealer then you should be able to email the dealership with the Vin number. I sent Jim Ellis of Atlanta my Vin number last night and less than a day later they emailed me back with the original build sheet with options/codes and total price.

PM me your VIN and I will try it. There are some cars that it won't work on but I've used it on 50 plus cars as I was looking to purchase one and wanted to see what options it had.

Too much work and time.

Just use the link in post #27, edit the URL for the VIN you want and you'll get the build sheet right then.
