can't see ed going turbo given his predilection for lightweight. and i think the GTS isn't much of a power or handling gain over his current modded carrera.
so... i'm also guessing some GT3 variant... unless he's recently won the lottery and not telling us, in which case, 458
whatever it is, i'm hoping it's an NA 911 so we can keep him on this board

Cool! Thanks for you advice on my DME when I was buying my 07 T4S. Love the car and am considering supercharging it. It was interesting to see how many people said they would run from a car with a couple seconds of over revs...
A lot of Porsche guys go Lambo. I could see you in a Lambo Gellardo Superleggera... in bright pink!

You are 100% correct, it is going to be a 997.1GT3 (RS if possible) with some mods (that I would want) already installed. I have my wye on one now, but not in a huge rush as winter is coming. I will stay around this boar or sure, but only add input on topics I am interested in discussing.
Will you be pulling off your PSE system? I would swap you a pair of normal mufflers for it, assuming you haven't blown the insides apart LOL.

OFF-TOPIC but Mine sold NO problem with the over revs......and I had a few to say the least BUT NOT as many as Eddy boy.Maintenance is a crucial thing with these cars IMO......

Hey Ed: Hella-Buggin guessed GT3 (or Cayman R) and you said "getting warm". I would have guessed GT3 or RS too, knowing your long term desire for one. You were one of the first people on this forum I actually met in person, and have enjoyed our occasional get-togethers over the past few years, and you introducing me to Bob's Breakfast Run. I'm not sure I'd want to ride with you in a GT3 though, as you've been crazy enough in your C2S!
