Looks like a battleship! Hmm, I'll go down another road... The crew at a dealership brings out a car to a cars and coffee and it was a paint to match car? So, special order car was cruised out to a meet by the dealer? I suppose there was a reason - seems odd to me that the owner would cruise to a meet and leave the sticker on the window. If that was my special order battleship, I would be PISSED...
Obviously you guys aren't feeling the love...
I'm sure the new owner, whoever he ends up being, will be glad to see you guys don't like it.. that way he won't have to worry about seeing himself coming around ever corner (black, red, white, silver..).
Bob Ingram brought out 3 of his cars on Saturday as well. Once was a 993 Turbo in the same color as the GTS 4. I wish I'd taken a picture of it. It was just as 'ugly' as the 997 car...

"..looks like the factory primer color..." Ditto. I imagine that paint-to-sample is not a cheap option, and with all the colors in the world...they chose that one? It will be unique, though, if for no other reason than the color. I still genuinely love the car underneath.

I bought it to be edgy... I have ad 10 GT3's RS's and cups, 996 and 997 Gt2's.. A bunch of Turbos 930 965 993 996 and 997Ford gt and 2 f cars.. Have 2 race cars so I didn't need another RS yet! My kids sat in the back yesterday!
Slate is cool in person definitely one off .. The slate Rs is my fav, the slate 965 of bobs is amazing he also has slate flat nose .
It was my trailer they brought it in.. I'm thinking some accents it will be cool

Ahem.. perhaps.. cough, hack.. next time .. sputter, wheeze.. my buddy (no names mentioned) will remember to use the correct .. blurble, hick, blewy.. trailer ball size for the hitch ... No harm, no foul...
