Hi folks,

Just bought an 2007 grey c2s,anyone installed 997 3.6 TT engine to c2s ?

I'm planning to do stroker + twin 30r's + upgraded tip + lsd + gt2 body kit

sorry, but can i ask - why not just buy a turbo/GT2 in your price range (of what you've already spent + planning to spend)?? it sounds like you might actually end up spending more than what you'd pay for a nice example.

i think it should be doable but amount of work will be huge - different ECU, most likely all different harnesses, sensors, etc. not sure what is the point unless you alredy have engine in your garage and all spare parts to use.

also i am not sure about fitment as turbo is a wide body car. but why not, if you have time and desire to experiment, it is just an engine swap, everything is doable.

Thanx guys,actually i didnt like car much,before i had e60 m5 it was more fun to drive

Easy solution, ditch the 997 and move back to the M5. Great car the M5.

aynone measured 100-200km/h or 60-130mph times on stock carrera s ?
