Winter Storage / Garage Question

We've recently moved to a one-hundred year old house and our garage is detached and is a converted horse stable, so it doesn't have electricity or climate control. It does do an excellent job of protecting our cars from the elements, but not temperature. I typically drive my car through the winter, only not driving on the days where there is significant uncleared snow or ice on the roads. This will be the first time I've not stored my car overnight or for a period of a few days or more in a non-climate controlled environment.

Any thoughts on this? Any things I should do? Thanks.

Crossfire190 is infamous around these parts
My biggest concern would be mice. The nice warm car after a drive will be very attractive to the little buggers. If you are driving the car regularly I wouldn't think you would have to worry about anything else.

I store my car during the winter in an attached garage. It is not heated by I do have the luxury of an electrical outlet nearby. I use one of those plug in electronic mouse repellants ( I also plug in the battery maintainer). I cover the car and put a mouse trap ( with peanut butter) by each wheel. In the beginning, I would check on the traps evey day and replace as needed. After a few "catches" you should see very few mice. These animals live their whole lives ( about 11 months) within a 10' radius. Just make sure each trap is armed and ready.
