great car

Thats a great car and great options.... if that's your price point its a fantastic car, best of luck with it.... if you can spare another 15K you can get into an 07 Turbo and and as killer as that car is the Turbo is on another level. Just food for thought...

one of the nicest equipped 997's I have seen though....with some nice options and great color combo.

Great color combination and the CF on the sport buckets would make a nice contrast in the interior.

Personally I'd wait until an affordable 997.2 was available. I see that there are some nice 2009 C4S's for under/around $70k. The engine is more reliable and has less moving parts in addition to enjoying a nice bump in HP.

Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful car with some fabulous options, but if you're looking for long-term ownership, I'd wait for a 997.2.

The thing is I think 65K is my price point for the car I want. I have been looking at the 09's as well but can't find one with the options I want for the price point I am looking for. One thing I truly love is the AeroKit and I know I won't find one around that price with one on there.

I haven't pulled the final trigger yet but I am afraid after he lets me borrow it for the day I will be in love and can't help it.

The '08 suffers a bit as the last .1. Worthwhile to get a .2.

Would you be able to elaborate? I am in the market and have been considering a 07-08 car as there is more savings over 09. I know I could just wait until much later this year and probably start to see lower 997.2 prices.

I got 08 for around $10K less than similarly optioned 09. To me the difference between the two cars is not worth $10K as I knew I would be getting out of the car wihtin a few years.

So and update. I went to Houston, borrowed the car for the weekend and as much as it was fun to drive. I don't think I am going to pull the trigger because of the seats. Not that I couldn't fit into them fine, but getting in an out on a daily basis is going to be a pain in the butt. more so for the wife as well. She is petite and I think she will have problems getting in and out.

The day I got back I found this car and wondering what you guys think of it. It's a 2007 with 18K miles on it. Price point is about 60K. Sticker was 130K. I know it's a year older and has more miles but has more options on it like the X51, park sensors, clear bra, and Built in K-40 radar detector. Remember the 08 was basically wholesale pricing.
