I have been offered a Eurocharged custom dyno tune my 2009 911CS. When I checked, the dealer says that unless they install chips, it would be hard for them to optimize performance beyond what the factory setup delivers. Some folks have told me the dealer is just trying to discourage me from "tweaking" with the car.

Any feedback on whether custom dyno tuning can actually improve the performance without modifying components?

 

What can they adjust? Without different software they can only change the bolt on things.
