I think they did do an assessment of the 991 - I am trying to find it.

For what it's worth though, I think his arithmetic is off when he says a centerlock wheel is "never more than 12°" from a position aligning it with the pins provided. I'm awfully fuzzy tonight so I do not assert it, but from the number of pins provided and the matching holes on the wheel, I think it has to 18° not 12°.

I'll think about that tomorrow, as she said.
