Another question about offset, tires, and handling

I'm a total noob to modding (except for my clear side markers and 5 point harness seat for my 3 year old in the back) so I had a few questions in regards to offset, tires, and handling.
I picked up a set of Turbo wheels I plan to put on my 2007 C2S. I see a few members have put wide body offset tires on narrow body cars before without problems and lots of members have put 15 mm spacers on the rear without problems (by my calculations, putting the WB tire on a NB car is the equivalent of putting a 16 mm spacer- Stock ET67 vs. Turbo ET 51). I plan to put a 295 tire on the rear as most of the opinions I've read said this will make it perfectly flush.
My question is what to do with the front. The stock Lobsters are 8 x 19 ET 57 and the Turbos are 8.5 x 19 ET 56.
Should I stick with 235 tires up front? If so, should I add a spacer so as not to screw up the handling?
Or should I go with a larger tire and how would that affect handling?
Do I need to get my alignment fixed after doing all these changes?
Lots of good info on this forum but reading about offset, spacers, scrub radius, etc. is starting to get confusing.
Thanks in advance

Don't worry, it wont rub. I have used 5mm spacer front and 15mm spacer rear on my C2S with factory Carrera Sport Wheel which is (19x8.5 ET 57 and 19x11.5 ET67). 235/305 tires.

I recommend just using a 5 mm spacer in the front and nothing in the back. It will look good with the turbo wheels. No need for an alignment if you don't already need one. Even tire wear? Stay with 235 for the fronts. 295 or 305 rear is fine. You could even use another set of 5 mm in the back. Are you using factory suspension? Get a pair of 5mm spacers and longer bolts first for the fronts first and see if you are happy with the look.
