How easy would it be to remove them and go back to factory look IF I didn't like it? I'm assuming it wouldn't be too tough but just wanted to make sure.

This really is a great mod. I got mine the other day and installed them in 15 minutes...really makes the car look sharp. I love the black surrounds with the white exterior of my GTS...matches the black center locks and overall black/white theme of the car. Great idea!!! Thanks guys.

I'm trying to find a couple of friends to try to reduce shipping costs to Europe for the KiStudios rings but one of them was asking me if I knew how the original Porsche Sport Classic rings were made.

I have no idea.
Does anybody know?
Thanks in advance.

The original Sport Classic headlights were tinted from inside the lens. You would have to get the whole headlight assemblies, a very costly upgrade though.

Thanks. I was expecting it was a "ring" like these.

I agree with you.
This is why I am trying to find somebody else. One person more will reduce the overall cost of 30%.
PS if anybody in London/Milan/Zurich wants them, contact me

I know it's been a while but I've added a few full car shots in the first post.

I'm late to the party. These look really good! Just wondering, does the seam bother anyone? Is it possible to make them all one piece?

Just ordered a pair of gloss black trim rings. I'm going to install them on my Artic Silver 997, which has black Porsche Sport Classic wheels, smoke-black powercoated exhaust tips, and black '911' script. They should compliment each other.

Pics to follow.

I hate to rehash this old thread, but has anyone seen or tried these in Carbon Fiber?

They are not the easiest things to install, that much is certain.
