what are those colored bolts?

When under my car I noticed certain suspension bolts had colors painted on them. Red, yellow, blue. I ve seen this before and always wondered what it was about. Thanks.

Could you take a picture?

When I was working with race teams, we would mark reference marks on suspension components to see if there was an movement. We would mark with a paint pen a little line from the head of the bolt to some fixed point, go out for a session and then check if the line was still lined up. If it wasn't, we would re-torque it down. If it was still lined up, then we knew everything was properly fastened down and good to go. Don't know if this is any help. Could be something completely different...

No longer able to get under car at this time. On mine , it s in front of the engine on a long silver (sway bar looking) bar going from side to side. I have seen this on other vehicles before. I do understand what you have said, thanks.

Yep. That's called torque paint or torque seal.
It's used to identify any loosening or tampering of fasteners.
