terrific photo, nuge. i love how the 997 speaks to the original design again. i think the 997 is the next classic design beyond the 993 (and 964, imo). great shot.

OK so it's unanimous: the 997 is the best porsche EVER. PHEW that was close cause I was tempted to go buy a $120K 991 CS.

I can now sleep well...

Left work today and found my car had some older company. I left a note on the passenger seat (windows were down). I definitely want to get a closer look with permission. Any one know the year? 63-64? Classy!

I will work on a shot of my 1972 911 race car and my 997-1 Carrera S together. They do share the same DNA, but the early car brings out the very best in a driver's skills. There is no "safety net" on the high wire with an early car.
