how many of you were around driving 996's and looking forward to the 997 release...and is the release of the 991 anything like that was? bet there was a bit more enthusiasm ...

I won't comment on exterior design becasue 996/997/991 all look very similar.

Interiors are a different story. I never liked the 996 interiors, 977 interiors were a HUGE improvement IMO. While the 991 interiors are nice and many people would consider them nicer than the 997 interiors, the interior improvement is proportionately less than it was from the 996 to 997.


I think the overall enthusiasm for the 991 is slightly less than what it was from the 996 to 997.
