Any help appreciated: Intermittently, any selected and programed audio station will randomly switch to the programed #2 selection, regardless of which # it is tuned to. If I change it again, it will go back to #2 again and again until I give up and leave it on #2, then it stays put and will only work on #2. This occurs in FM and/or XM SAT. I needed to put the Grateful Dead XM station on #2, since I can always live with the Dead. Arrrg! Its like arguing with my wife, she always wins... This is all leading me to believe it is the tuner. Anyone ever have this issue? Otherwise, the 997.2 GTS is a ball to drive.

 

My guess, is there is an issue with the touch screen control such that the touch screen is or PCM keypad input is putting/getting a key stroke depressed signal from that #2 position on the screen.

This would result, no mater what source, in the PCM getting a keypress from that #2 position on the panel. See what else happens in non-audio displays where there is a 'button' at the same location.
