uh oh... hmm...

porsche didn't bring any C2's along for test drive. there were one or two there, but they were personal (or rather, company issue) cars of the porsche representatives. so didn't get the chance to take any side-by-sides.

i have an in car vid i took of my ride with walter rohrl in the C4S. its bloody shaky (he was going for it!), but some people might still appreciate it.

once i've gotten it transferred off my camera and converted to mpeg, i'd be happy to share it, if someone could host it?

This car is lower than all the other cars in the pics. It looks really nice. Is this one of the PASM settings on a Euro 997 with PASM? Is the difference btwn Euro and U.S. cars' height with PASM this noticeable? Isn't it 20 mm?

the porsche guys get a bit prickly (understandably) when you ask them about a car that is NOT the focus of the event. so i tried asking walter rohrl and the dude who's in charge of all 4WD models (i forget his name, nice chappy for sure) what time around the 'Ring they were targeting for the 997TT, and they politely replied "we're here talking about the Carrera 4, yes?"

i DID bring up the fact that the new Z06 has gotten a lot of 6speeders talking, and they agreed that the new turbo will have to trump overall, that car. of course no way of telling in what way and to what degree.
