So a few weeks ago I mentioned that my car got keyed in a major way....The car is getting repainted with some add-on's.....But my question to you guys would be do I qualify for a diminish value....As however buys the car or if I trade it in to the stealer they will try to argue the point that the whole car was repainted and that no matter how good the body shop this isn't the original paint....You input would be really appreciated...

 

Very very difficult to get, some states easier I think GA.
Also in most states DV should be proven, ie you need to sell the car
