Don't have to remove the bumper. Simple to install.

Installation tips:
Each grill section has a pin that hooks under the one side of the opening and two clips that snap inside of the grill opposite to the pin side. I installed both end grills by reaching in from the center grill opening to reach the clips and force them to snap into place. The install instructions suggest reaching through the grill opening with a screwdriver and pushing them into place. I found reaching in through the center was easier. Installed the two smaller grills in the center the same as the ends. The center grill I had to use a phillips head screwdriver to snap the bottom clips into place.

The standard 997.2 grill should be easier because there will be only three grills.

I hope this is clear. If not I'll try to answer your questions as you post them.

Thumbs up Zun Sport grills for base C2

Mine arrived yesterday, Vacuumed out radiator debris and popped in new grilles in about 45 minutes. Current model is all clip, so no holes required. Pretty slick.

A welcome addition at this time of year, when trees start dropping their leaves.

Q: It appears that on the side openings these added grills are in contact with the existing grills. Will they rub (scratch/scuff) those plastic grills?

Yes; this said, the Zunsport grilles are i) very well painted, ii) do not uniformaly contact all areas of the plastic, and iii) existing plastic "louvers" are farkuckt (technical term) and serve no function whatsoever, except to hide the radiators (and make it difficult to clean out debris). Frankly, I am thinking about leaving only the perimeter edges of the plastic side grills, and cutting out the louvers.

Are the Mina grills installed from the front or does the bumper cover have to be removed?

I just installed an outer set of black Dunsport grills on my .1 last night after having a Venture Shield clear bra installed yesterday. I'm quite happy with the appearance, product quality, ease of installation, quick delivery from Dunsport, and especially with the protection the grills provide.

After some debating just put these on my 997.2 and it was a quick 20min job. For this model the grills only had tabs and no drilling required..the instructions made it harder than it should be- anyone need help with the install on their 997.2 let me know.
