K&N vs. OEM Oil Filter

I am changing my oil this Saturday and have a K&N and OEM oil filter. Any difference between the two? Is one better than the other? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

not much on oil filter. i tried in my first oil change. we have discussed that in my oil change post.
