Anyone had experience upgrading or replacing a sun shade in a 997 Targa?

I have an upgraded one i want to install, but can't figure out how to get the front part slotted in the rails

The back part was easy, but short of brute force (which i know won't work) does the entire glass piece have to be removed??

What is upgraded about it?

O would assume there is an end that the rigid rail feeds in to, or you insert it at an angle into the track and it then engages the feed parts. But I'm just wildly guessing.
