Coolant Leak

So I noticed my coolant was down a bit. Bought some pink stuff and a new cap (just in case of evaporation) and filled it up. Went for a spirited 80 mile drive this weekend and came back and checked it. I threw a white sheet of paper down underneath what looked like the leak area. Sure enough I had a silver dollar sized pink spot on the paper after an hour - so it isn't a fast leak by any means. I guess my question is what am I looking at in the way of repair costs? Is this something that will get worse as I go or can I nurse it with more pink stuff when it hits the min? I appreciate the help.

It might be a hose, clamp, water pump or the reservoir. Have it checked out.

Where exactly is the leak ? Under the engine, left, center, right.... etc ? Or one of the front radiators ?

It is about 12 inches in from the rear driver's side wheel. Directly in line with the coolant reservior to the rear but further forward.

Makes sense that the coolant tank or the cap could be the issue. Cap would show same color residue at the cap and in the area where the cap attaches. There is drain hose exiting the area just under the cap which could eventually end up where you're seeing the leak. If not there than would check the bottom and sides of the coolant tank for dampness or residue.

I had a cracked coolant reservoir a couple of months ago. Same symptoms. About $500 to replace it.
